I also measured the maximum counts vs. pickoff mirror position.
It turns out that the positions where the counts reaches maximum
doesn't agree with positions cophased with CHARA.
I attached the file with the measurements, and will use the the maximum positions(marked with "*" in the file)
for this run. I copied the positions that are cophased with CHARA and CHAMP, which are measured in June 2012.

note: the PCs are very bad before the adjustment, the peaks of PCs are about the same or less than the peak of MIRC light
